My favourite production company was blunderbus they made it so clear that whilst they have a small team, their main goal wasn't about growing as a company or being commercial- it was purely about the children's enjoyment, and how much they loved working with him. I think this is the most important quality for a children's theatre company to have and maintain throughout all productions, something they seemed to achieve.
